Liquor Licenses For Sale

We have a Dispenser Liquor License for sale that is currently active in Sandoval County, NM. This type of license allows selling package liquor as well as liquor by the drink provided it stays in its existing local option district. A transfer anywhere in the state is allowed subject to certain restrictions. The transfer outside the local option district will limit the licensee to sell and serve alcoholic beverages by the drink on the licensed premises. The sales price is below market value.

We also have a Rural Dispenser Liquor License for sale.  This license is active in Socorro County, NM and cannot be transferred outside the County.  The owner is very anxious to sell.
